Timmer installed an Enphase system in Elst. The system malfunctioned. Timmer didn't respond to the owner's repeated requests, even after our calls. They proved unreachable. After our investigation, it turned out Timmer had made a mess of things: - Panels on a flat roof that was definitely unsuitable for the extra roof load - Enphase microinverters hung from the panel edge without using the correct mounting method - Cables not secured, but loose on the roof - Junction box not closed and loose on the roof - The Envoy stand appeared to be 'blown' - A short circuit occurred in the junction box due to water in the box, resulting in a blown phase wire - The substructure was not grounded, which was and is mandatory at the time of installation - According to the data entered in the Enphase system, the panels are lying flat on the roof, which is not the case. Moreover, the panel orientation is incorrect, but if they're lying flat, that doesn't matter... - The inverters are randomly assigned to the panels, so any information about problems is useless without illuminating all the panels. That's precisely not the intention of inverters (or even optimizers) per panel. - According to the installation instructions, the Envoy should be connected to a different circuit than the PV panels in the meter box or PV distribution board. This wasn't done. That's probably why it blew up due to a short circuit in the junction box. Timmer had neglected to install the two seals for the screw holes in that junction box, and moreover, the box was submerged in water on the roof. As an installer for Enphase (and SolarEdge, among others), Timmer also receives reports of malfunctions in all their customers' systems. Timmer doesn't act on these reports. So they don't monitor the system they've installed and aren't even willing to respond to calls from customers or fellow installers, while you might expect the installer to take action before the customer himself!

Communiceert haast niet tot erg slecht.. Komt afspraken niet na.. Heeft mij oude omvormer mee genomen en na eindeloos mailen en chatten eindelijk terug. Heb betaald voor een wifi module en heeft de oude die ik al had gebruikt en na vele mails en chat gewoon niet meer reageren. Totaal onbetrouwbaar.. Dit is geen service naar je klanten.. Uiteindelijk de wifi module conform offerte ontvangen..
