It started off well, but the further it went, the more disappointed we became. The store has a wide selection, and the quality seemed excellent at first glance. During the discussion of the details and the price negotiations, the owner was very friendly and patient. But the bad experience began with the delivery. It was obvious that the owner hadn't contacted the manufacturer at all, resulting in the order being delivered twice without our knowledge. We weren't home on both occasions. The owner didn't help at all with communication or coordination. After that, things only got worse. The skirting boards were the completely wrong color and didn't match our order, which led to a delay in the schedule. What was most unacceptable, however, was the quality of the tiles. Patterns were clearly missing and had air bubbles in them. Unfortunately, they had already been laid and couldn't be removed. When we discussed this quality issue with the owner, we only received a "read" message on WhatsApp, with no response whatsoever! A truly terrible buying experience. We came here based on a friend's recommendation and the high rating, but left disappointed. I don't think this store deserves a 4.9.

What fantastic service! I've now ordered tiles twice from Tegel en natuursteen Brabant. They're very helpful, provide expert advice, and when a last-minute change in building plans meant we needed extra tiles that weren't in stock, they pulled out all the stops to deliver them on time. Fantastic!

Very satisfied! We only needed one windowsill for our kitchen. Made of marble. Unfortunately, it was just the right length, and we couldn't find it in one piece anywhere. But they worked with us to find the perfect one, and we finally managed to get it right. We were even allowed to inspect it ourselves in the workshop to see if we liked it. We're absolutely thrilled with it. Beautiful product and fantastic service!
