When I requested a quote, I received a clear overview of the options, costs, and revenue from my contact person, Tim. Last Friday, the home battery was installed, and the entire meter box was also replaced. During the work, an additional module was also installed at my request as a backup should it ever be needed. The installer, Andre, worked neatly and installed everything perfectly. Quality and dedication until everything was finished. A home battery was installed yesterday. Enexis still needs to connect a 3-phase system. From the first phone call through to installation, I had excellent communication with Rik and Marvin, who were quick and professional. I was dreading it, but everything went smoothly. The technicians cleaned everything up and took away the mountain of empty boxes. Excellent service.

After some hesitation, and after reading about another customer, I finally contacted Thuisbaterij Baas. They gave us a clear and thorough explanation, and "take your time," Rik said. "You can think about it." Also, the great thing about Thuisbaterij Baas is that they can help you with part of the application for the government subsidy you can receive for the installation. I was also informed that with this installation, you have to switch to a dynamic contract because the battery also "buys" power during cheaper periods and "sells" it back to the grid during more expensive periods. During the installation, we had courteous and professional technicians who also explained a few things for when the grid operator comes to adjust the final part, explaining what we needed to do to get the entire system up and running. All in all, I had some hesitation at first, but I would recommend it to anyone with solar panels.
