2 months after finishing, the glass broke. The customer service was directly rejecting any costs despite their guarantee of several years. They say that it is not their fault. Arranged to get it repaired, now waiting for over 2 months for repairs. So far, no forecast on when it is going to be repaired.

Fantastic service and a great result! Last summer, we had two dormers replaced by ZWN Daktechniek. Because of the substantial down payment (90% the Friday before installation), I was skeptical and actually wanted to cancel the job. After an explanation and an invitation to the workshop to inspect the dormers, we finally went ahead with the job! Right on time, great materials, beautiful finish (even the window cleaner complimented us on it), friendly and helpful! A reputable, helpful, and professional company. Everything from the quote to the building permit application with the municipality was handled seamlessly. On installation day, they arrived promptly, and two beautiful dormers were on our roof before noon. Everything was installed neatly and left neat and tidy afterward. Upon completion, the staff were very satisfied; we're thrilled with the result!

We had our dormer installed by ZWN Roofing Technology, and we're very satisfied. Communication was excellent via email, and someone even came by to inspect everything. After two days, our dormer was severely damaged by a heavy downpour, but everything stayed dry. I highly recommend this company.
