I had a lot of things go wrong, that the company had to work to resolve. The story: The salesman was impressive, gave me a good feeling and I was looking forward to my new windows and doors. I ordered 5 new windows/doors that they planned to fit over 2 successive days. The guys left after 5 hours of work on the first day with the status as follows: - out of the 5 windows/doors, only 3 were fitted as 2 of them they measured incorrectly - 1 door that was fitted was not the one I ordered. I ordered one with a PVC panel in the base deep enough to fit a cat-flap. The door they fitted has to be replaced as the panel was not deep enough. - of the 3 doors (2 normal doors and one big sliding door) that were fitted, only 1 of them was finished properly. The frame and wall around the big sliding door was left in an unacceptable state - the workmen did not carry all the rubbish out to the container. Hence I was left carrying an old aluminium frame down 2 flights of stairs myself. I am a small female and this is NOT what I paid for when I signed the contract. Due to all the problems, the company made an appointment to come back one month later and finalise the work. During this appointment the work was finished and I was happy with it. The workmen themselves were also very pleasant and tried their best to make up for the bad situation. During this second visit there was an accident during which a large pane of glass from my bedroom window was dropped from the third floor and smashed in the garden. This horrified me as I have dogs and there were millions of pieces of glass. However the guys did a great job at cleaning up and I understand the accident happened partly due to the age and quality of the old windows. Finally the company offered me a discount to compensate for all the problems and stress which I appreciated. So - in the end after a lot of unnecessary stress due to incompetence, I did at least get beautiful windows. I also would like to highlight to potential new customers that Thermo Totaal offers a financial incentive for good reviews by sending an email with their invoice asking for a review to be given and stating there are 3 prizes of 150 EUR each in dinner vouchers for the best reviews. So yes, this is really a company with high standards and a lot of integrity, and all the reviews on google and solvari are completely authentic and straight from the heart :-).

I just got a new entrance door, and kitchen window installed. I am happy from the entire proces from A to Zs. Everything was smooth, clear, straightforward. Good value price/quality. Raymond & Pascal who installed the windows are two nice and absolutely crafted and passionated installers. I really do recommend Thermo Totaal!

They did a clean job with installation as agreed but waiting for post installation question reply from their email almost 4 months also called to remind to look into the email. Hopefully my questions are answered soon
