We had our floor insulated by Willem to our complete satisfaction. A few years later, Willem also installed solar panels for us. We are also very satisfied with that.

Very satisfied. The panels look fantastic. Willem (and Ruud) had quite a bit of work to do, but the result is impressive. Update: After the summer storm, a roof tile turned out to be loose. We couldn't find it ourselves because the solar panels were in the way. I called Willem to ask if they could remove a few panels for me so I could take a look myself. Willem said they would come that same day, and by the end of the morning they had everything sorted out. No more leaks! Excellent service, Willem, top-notch!

Willem completed the first job perfectly. However, communication was problematic. There was poor feedback by email or phone, and after the quote was accepted, I eventually had to follow up on the schedule myself. On the day of installation, both men arrived on time, but the work wasn't finished because something else had to be done in between. They were supposed to return a few days later, but that schedule was also messed up. The second job after the move was never completed. I never received a response to voicemails or emails.

After Willem insulated our floor and basement, he also installed 12 solar panels in May of this year (2020). As a result, we now pay over €1,000 less per year on energy. Definitely recommended.
