Unfortunately (also) a bad experience with Tetterode. Task was to mill a conical deepening in the existing drain of a large stone sink to fit in a nice plug: just a few mm deep and wider than the existing hole. Unfortunately the result was not conical, a bit too deep, too wide and with a crude and unequal finish. Had to find a way to make it fit myself. Send an email about it telling that this was not why I choose to go to an 'expert' and the answer was that they are sorry for the result.
