Last summer, we hired this company to install our tiled floor. Once he started, it turned out his tiler was on vacation, and he's not a tiler himself! Here's what's wrong with our floor: - In several places, the floor is completely unlevel - The floor is installed flush against the wall, which could cause cracking in the winter - There's no adhesive under the tile in several places, which could cause it to crack if something falls on it - Two tiles were installed upside down - The grout is very light in one spot and very dark in another We emailed and called him, but he refused to fix it
