I have made several attempts to schedule an appointment via email, and eventually succeeded by phone. Due to illness, I needed to reschedule, at which point I was informed that the original appointment had not even been recorded in your agenda. I then arranged a new appointment with a confirmed date and time, and than was contacted if my appointment could be adjusted to another time a few days later. When I said no, there was no other option for them. This repeated lack of coordination raises serious concerns about your planning and internal processes. Based on this experience, I do not have sufficient confidence to proceed with a significant purchase, such as ordering a bathroom.

I would like to express my frustration about the disappointing experience I had with Tegelshowroom Zwarthoed-Kirry B.V. During the tile installation in my home, everything went wrong, and the customer service left much to be desired. Poor communication and misleading information From the outset, the communication was unclear. When signing the contract, I assumed the tiling would be done precisely, as shown in the drawing. However, this turned out not to be the case, which I only discovered later, after the tiles had already been laid. It is scandalous that a professional tiling company fails to communicate such crucial information transparently. Deficient execution and lack of responsibility The tiling was not carried out according to the drawing. Even though the wall tile could easily have been cut smaller to match the floor tile, this was not done. When I raised this issue, I was told that it was technically impossible to cut 3 to 4 mm off a tile without damaging it. However, in my case, the difference was 15 mm, which is a significant error. Unsatisfactory solutions The proposed solutions were anything but customer-friendly. The only offer I received was to pick up two packs of tiles from their warehouse so I could reinstall them myself. This is simply ridiculous, considering I hired the company to do the work correctly and paid for it. Even after repeatedly insisting on a satisfactory solution, such as reinstalling the tiles according to the plan or reimbursing the costs, the company stubbornly stuck to its position. Poor service and customer unfriendliness The lack of responsibility and indifference to customer satisfaction is appalling. The company seems unwilling to offer any form of compensation or assistance, even when the fault was clearly theirs. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. In short, my experience with Tegelshowroom Zwarthoed-Kirry B.V. was simply terrible. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They not only deliver poor work, but also offer inadequate solutions and have no respect for their customers.
