At the end of April, the time had finally come: I received the keys to my new house in Ommen. At Tegelhuys, I received excellent help choosing the right products for my new bathroom. Unfortunately, it all took a bit longer than planned due to unforeseen circumstances, but the bathroom is beautiful and exactly how I want it!

I know better than anyone how important it is to focus on the ultimate customer experience every day. In marketing terms, that's called the customer journey. How cool is it to see other companies working on this too? Two years ago, I bought my brand-new bathroom here. Recently, the bathtub faucet had become blocked, making the temperature impossible to adjust. One day, I went into the store and explained my experience. I was told it might be the thermostat. I was given a tip to clean it. "If it doesn't work, just call," was the answer. Unfortunately, the faucet/thermostat could not be repaired. Without any hesitation, I received a completely new faucet. Truly excellent service!

We visited a number of suppliers but ultimately bought all our bathroom materials at Tegelhuys; the pleasant communication and the good, honest advice were the deciding factors. Communication regarding the delivery and afterwards was also pleasant and smooth. The tiler was very satisfied with the quality of the delivered materials (he only found the weight of the tiles less than ideal ;)) A few minor issues were resolved quickly and satisfactorily, and we now have a beautiful bathroom. So the 5 stars are more than well-deserved. Piet & Loyd; thank you!
