Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience with this tiling company. The gentleman in question doesn't keep his promises and often says things that later turn out to be false. He makes generous promises, but ultimately, little of what's promised actually happens. He seems to be mostly good at talking and trying to make people feel good, but his execution falls far short. It's a shame, because I was hoping for a professional and reliable company.

I bought a terrazzo kitchen floor from Tegelhuys Arnhem and had it installed. Despite the initial disappointment (the stone turned dull due to a faulty stain remover), Chiel worked tirelessly with suppliers and specialists to achieve a satisfactory result. Kudos to Chiel for his flexibility and perseverance.
