We succeeded in getting all the tiles in our entire house at De Tegelboerderij. We were helped very nicely from start to finish. The wood-look floor tile that we had ordered turned out to be a lot grayer upon delivery. This was immediately addressed. It turned out to be a change of recipe in the factory as the cause. Fortunately, this was neatly resolved by letting us choose a different wood-look floor tile. Of course, this took a bit longer, which is unfortunately understandable in terms of production and delivery time. Also when it turned out that a box of wall tiles was broken, we were neatly provided with a new box. All in all, compliments for the service. Something can always go wrong in the entire process, but how it is resolved makes you satisfied or not. All in all, we are very satisfied! Thank you Esther! Greetings, Rokven family

I had a really bad experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. We ordered tiles, and only on the day of delivery did we hear they'd forgotten to order them. The fact that we only found out about this when we called to ask about the delivery time is already a real shame. They promised to call back, which they never did, and when we called, we got voicemail. Incomprehensible. Ultimately, the tiles weren't delivered until six weeks later. We had to cancel our tiler at the last minute. The kitchen couldn't be installed. And do you think you can expect any compensation? Forget it. The response we received to this question came from a third party. Esther and Frans refused to communicate with us. And why not? I think that speaks volumes about how they treat customers.

Frans and Esther picked out beautiful tiles with perfectly matching grout. However, when they came to install them, it turned out that Frans hadn't written down the grout and therefore didn't know if he had it with him. I wasn't happy about this, as I'd carefully considered it in the store, but now I was under pressure to have the floor installed as quickly as possible. Ultimately, we ran into a bigger problem: after washing off all the cement residue, the tiles (of the exact same type number) turned out to be a completely different shade. The tiles I'd chosen were very natural, a warm color, just like real oak. The tiles I installed are cool-toned, with darker shades like dark gray and green. The grout didn't match either...it was too light. It was a very unpleasant situation for both Frans and Esther, and for me. They were shocked; they'd never experienced anything like it before. However, when we started discussing how we were going to solve the problem, they suddenly went silent for months. After months of radio silence, a lawyer contacted me this week and sent me a registered letter containing untrue information, accusing me of breach of contract, and attempting to intimidate me. He also requested that I cease communication with Frans and Esther. I was completely taken aback by this turn of events. I tried to reach Frans and Esther, but they didn't respond. I felt like a criminal, even though I was still having (civilized!) conversations with them. Ultimately, due to the intimidation, I paid anyway; I wanted to be done with it. I'll probably be looking at a floor I never wanted for decades, but I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth about how I was treated.
