Extremely poor service. Our boiler was installed by this company a few years ago. It was then taken over by a certain Beerkens. We never received a notification. Beerkens is completely unreachable, even though we're having a problem. He was supposed to order a part, but then he's completely unreachable. Theo, the doctor, isn't available, having supposedly transferred everything, but he still answers the phone. Very strange. Don't do business with this company; choose a different installer.

The central heating wasn't working, and I had to call five times to see if they could fix it. They finally came by (5 minutes) and said the problem was solved. Unfortunately, they had to come back three more times for hours to finally fix it! Customer service is terrible! We were constantly spoken to very rudely on the phone, and the woman didn't believe we had a problem! Wouldn't do business with them!

Extremely poor service. Do not do business with this company!!! €23,000 for a new bathroom, only to discover moisture problems and leaks in adjacent rooms after just a few years due to improper tiling and caulking. Even an external specialist confirmed the work was shoddy. No guarantee. No empathy. Just pay to have the problems fixed. You've been warned!
