Introductie
Installatiebedrijf Le Cuivre is een deskundig, technisch installatiebedrijf gericht op ontwerp, advies, uitvoering en beheer van uiteenlopende technische installaties. De onderneming is opgericht in 1960 door P.M. Le Cuivre Senior en kent zodoende een lange historie. Gestart als ambachtelijk loodgietersbedrijf in Amstelveen heeft het bedrijf zich in de loop der jaren verder uitgebreid en in de breedte ontwikkeld, met behoud van de kenmerkende identiteit en belangrijkste kernwaarden. Sinds juni 2019 zijn wij gevestigd aan de Aalsmeerderweg 283-8 in Aalsmeer.

Van Leeuwen Elektra B.V installed an intercoms in our building. They were offering a intercom with mobile app and wifi or simple one. We wanted the one with mobile app controlled. They propose to install the simple one in the meantime. They were promising to make a budget for the installation of the intercom with wifi and mobile app that never happend. Not happy with the service we are looking for a new company.

If you're looking for good service after your purchase and installation, you've come to the wrong place. The sale and installation of our electric car charger went quite smoothly. The price was a bit higher than other suppliers, but Van Leeuwen Elektra is (unfortunately) the preferred supplier in the complex. After that, things went wrong. The charger didn't recognize our or any other charging cards, or in some cases, only after 2.5 minutes. They kept pointing the finger at the supplier or the card system. Charging at the neighbor's place worked fine. After weeks of emailing and calling from me (I don't think they'd heard about proactive contact), it was finally fixed thanks to an update. But in the meantime, I've had to charge elsewhere, with higher costs, instead of at my own charging unit, which cost us over €3,000. Any compensation or apology for this? No way, because it was the supplier's fault.
