We had a conservatory leak and the canopy modified by the relevant Pola department. Everything was completed as agreed, quickly, and within budget. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Frank, in particular, always responds quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with the result.

The installation of the air conditioning went well. Now, after a few years, we call to schedule a maintenance appointment and are told they no longer serve our area. They can't recommend another company either. In other words, we're now stuck with an expensive system that, if we can't find a good maintenance company, will soon break down due to lack of maintenance. And as far as Pola is concerned, that's unfortunate, but not their problem. My advice is never to do business with them, because they can easily leave you stranded with problems.

I had a maintenance contract with Pola. Last year, the technician told me that the exhaust pipe to the outside was no longer in good condition and that we had small holes in it. This could allow carbon monoxide to escape. We asked the technician for a quote to replace the pipe. Never heard from Pola again. After a few months, I called them myself, as the risk of carbon monoxide emissions was significant. After my call, another technician came, who inspected the situation and concluded that this would not be a simple repair, as it was very tight and difficult to replace. They also needed a cherry picker for the exhaust pipe on the roof. We asked for a quote again. This time, we received a quote for approximately €1,500.00, not including the cherry picker. We then called another company, and the exhaust pipe has since been neatly replaced without them having to hire a cherry picker. The entire repair cost €700.00. Pola has completely lost its way. It’s scandalous how they treat customers.
