We've had a central heating maintenance contract with Bruggeman for seven years now. And annual maintenance takes place in October. We usually have to remind the company ourselves. For example, if a new shower tap needs to be installed, it's not without its challenges. Ordering the wrong tap, then forgetting the covers behind the tap and leaving the old ones on a shiny new tap. Then asking if they could still install them, since we'd already paid for them. He said they could. The boiler inspection was on November 6, 2017, this year, and I'd be called one afternoon at the end of that week to have the tap covers installed. They'd also include a quote for the bathroom extraction system. You've probably guessed it 🤷🏼‍♂️ It's now the 22nd and we haven't heard anything yet. No 📞 call either, sorry, it'll be late. We've decided to bring everything under one roof, regarding energy and central heating maintenance contracts. Eneco makes that possible, so we already have a contract, now also energy and central heating maintenance. I think it's a shame that Bruggeman is so forgetful about appointments. The other jobs they've been here for? I'm thinking of a dimmer switch for the living room. That was fine, But we're ⚠️stopping with Bruggeman installation company. 👇🏻 The appointment that was scheduled before we cancelled. !!!!!! They haven't kept it either.
