I submitted an order request on September 20th. At Technea's request, I submitted it to our wholesaler. I never heard anything since. I found this communication unusual and the behavior inappropriate. We are a five-person installation company and submitted the request through our wholesaler, Vihamij. Vihamij asked you several times to process the request and, to their disappointment, have heard nothing from Technea. Not interesting, and other priorities? The update on the lousy process was sent to your email address yesterday. I'm happy to be impressed by your response. >>>>>>>>>> Just an update following the response from your webcare team. As you indicated, we duly resent the request. Even now, there's still silence, and Technea hasn't responded properly or responded to any pending requests. I conclude that we shouldn't take your response below seriously and that it's only intended to maintain the appearance of good faith.

Very poor. As an installer, I was interested in various products for two ongoing projects. However, they can't supply me because I don't have any employees...probably too small. Fortunately, there are other companies that can and are willing to provide good services and products.
