We are very happy with Tasador's service for the appraisal of our apartment. Mariska responded immediately to our message, even while she was still on vacation, which we found very professional. The entire process was smooth and transparent. Communication was clear, she was fast and efficient, and always friendly and understanding. This gives us a lot of confidence during such a stressful time when buying a house. The appraisal report was complete and delivered quickly. This was our first time working with Tasador. We highly recommend them for a reliable and professional home appraisal.

I really regret asking Mariska back. We asked her to appraise our house in Utrecht because we were selling it. After she visited, communication was terrible from the start. After several texts, phone calls, and emails, I couldn't reach her. Even our mortgage advisor contacted her to ask when the report would be available, since she'd promised to deliver it by X date. Later, it turned out she was still working on it, but this hadn't been communicated. We therefore had to initiate an expedited procedure because we had a reservation. Ultimately, we used a Calcasa report and canceled the Tasador application. They were suddenly able to send the cancellation invoice, so when it comes to money, they're suddenly very fast! Absolutely not recommended; it's all about volume, not service. In light of the response, I'll add my email and WhatsApp conversation with Mariska/Tasador, including the timelines and the email from my mortgage advisor to Mariska. I'm very curious about the response.

I'm very pleased with Tasador's service for preparing an NWWI valuation report. They communicate clearly, outline the process clearly, and adhere to it. They're easily accessible and respond very quickly to questions. The conversations I've had have been enthusiastic and understanding of the situation.

I requested a valuation report for the transfer at the notary. The report was simply not approved by the NWWI. After repeatedly calling Tasador, they wouldn't even answer the phone. When I called from a different number, they answered immediately. The answer was rather curt and irritated. I also called the NWWI, but it turned out that Tasador hadn't done anything with the information we provided. Ultimately, after a month of hassle, they simply returned the order. When we contacted another appraiser, it turned out that Tasador had completely missed the mark. The report they prepared was for obtaining a mortgage, not for the notary. This was a simpler report. We received it from the other appraiser within two days. So, we lost four weeks due to Tasador's incompetence.

Ik wou mijn mge woning laten taxeren en de opdracht was aangenomen. Na 3 weken nog steeds geen rapport. En Mariska reageerde ook nauwelijks op mijn berichten. Zeer teleurstellend ,tijd en energie verspilt voor niks!
