Installed a boiler that was faulty, replaced with another that was also faulty, unable to repair a simple leak. We had no heating for 2 weeks in January. Not a very reliable company.

It's a real shame that in these golden times for installers, they're literally leaving you out in the cold. You bought another house with a Takak sticker on the boiler and had it properly maintained, and now they don't want to help you because you have a leak. In the first week of December, I called to say the boiler was at 0 bar and couldn't be filled because of a leak, and they simply said, "We don't have time until after the holidays, so we're out in the cold for the entire month of December." This is such a shame.

They leave you with a broken heat pump for 2 years and are too lazy to fix it.

I would never want to have anything installed by them again! The installation isn't working properly, constant malfunctions. What's your answer? Just find a company nearby. In short: they make money with installation and sales, but they're not good at maintenance and troubleshooting. Once, but never again!
