We live in a 1930s house and were initially quite skeptical about uPVC window frames. We wanted to keep the charm of wood, but with the convenience of uPVC. After a few quotes and a lot of deliberation, we gradually got a clearer idea of ​​what we wanted. Pawel and Karolina were really helpful in our decision-making. They asked questions we hadn't considered and were honest about what would and wouldn't look good or be feasible. That just felt good. The work itself was also done efficiently. The entire team worked efficiently, the floor was neatly taped off, there was no mess, and minor damage was resolved immediately without any hassle. You can tell they take pride in their work. They also had the best price of all the quotes we received, and they work with high-quality materials. That gave us confidence. We ultimately opted for the Dutch block profile, something we only discovered through a competitor, but which works fantastically in a 1930s house. Perhaps a small tip: it would be nice if these kinds of options were more clearly visible in a showroom or example area. But otherwise... we're thrilled with the end result.
