Great company, quick and professional response, and a quick solution. My old awning, which we bought when we moved, went down perfectly. It was a bit stiff and creaky, but it worked. Until two days before the predicted thunderstorm, the awning wouldn't retract. So there you go. I called nearby businesses. Poor reception, no answer, or broken promises. Nah. So you're stuck with your awning at 6:30 in the sweltering heat outside. We'll do it ourselves. If a technician can't come on short notice or the businesses don't respond, I'll just start doing it myself. Quickly in the car, back home, and did exactly what the man told me to do. Within 30 minutes, everything was ready, and my screen went back inside. It was already 6:00 PM. Within a day, with the quick help of Sunstyle, everything was fixed, and I even had a day to spare before the thunderstorm came to play with the new screen. Amazing!
