The website clearly states that they offer a seven-year warranty. What they don't mention is that this is always through the local supplier. If they refuse to cooperate, you can't negotiate directly with the manufacturer. We've experienced this, and we can kiss the warranty goodbye. Despite being satisfied with the product, this is truly unacceptable.

Great product, and we're very happy with it. However, despite contacting the supplier, MICA sun protection, who installed it for us, we never received a response. Normally, you ask after a while if you're happy with the product and if there are any questions or complaints. Too bad for SunCircle.
