Through our project contractor, Romme B.V. carried out the plasterwork in my new-build home. Although the schedule was adhered to, I am disappointed with the quality of the finished plasterwork. Despite the significant additional cost, there are still many imperfections in the walls, meaning I still need to do additional filler, sanding, and fix-n-finish work to get it smooth. I feel this is disproportionate to the extra cost. Furthermore, specific requests that I clearly communicated beforehand were not followed up, and my complaints were not taken seriously afterward. I found that a real shame. In retrospect, I would have preferred to hire a local plasterer; that would probably have saved me a lot of rework and frustration. They might do a better job if you also included their painting work, as the quote included remarkably generous terms regarding shifting responsibility for any imperfections.

Our ceiling was damaged due to a leak. Fortunately, this was resolved quickly. Lars repaired the ceiling very neatly and left everything looking perfect. Excellent communication and professional work. Highly recommended!

Terrible service! They left dryers running in an apartment all weekend. The people around them weren't sleeping. On Monday, I asked them not to turn them on at the end of the day. Sure enough, they just turned them on and left. And when I called the office, they refused to send anyone. Furthermore, they left a huge mess in the stairwell, even leaving the plaster. Untidy plasterers, truly the dirtiest of the construction industry.

Great work, and the service and goodwill are especially fantastic! Unfortunately, our beautiful plastered ceiling was damaged when the doors were replaced (after the flooring was laid by a third party). One email with a photo, and within two days, Romme had it completely restored! You can't even see a thing. Thank you so much, we're thrilled!

Excellent work. A yellow wall with a difference in topcoat and color was repaired with a beautiful, well-covering plaster layer. It turned out beautifully and the work was done very neatly.
