After inviting several companies, we chose Boonstra Plastering and Finishing Company to plaster our ground floor. The price was higher than the other quotes, and the reviews were mostly positive, so we had high expectations! Ramon came by quickly to assess the situation and take measurements. We quickly received the quote, which confirmed the work would be completed on the agreed-upon date. The plasterwork had to dry for at least a week, after which Ramon advised us to lightly sand any imperfections with a sponge. We followed his advice. After painting the floor, we noticed quite a few spots that hadn't been finished properly. I reported this to Ramon, and he advised adjusting the spotlights. If it didn't have the desired effect, we would explore other options. This message was received on July 5, 2025. I also indicated with photos that our dissatisfaction wasn't just with the light or the spotlights. In several places, it's clearly visible that the finishing wasn't done properly. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response, so I had to follow up on my own. After some WhatsApp contact, they said they currently "don't have time" to come by. I gave them the space until Thursday, July 24th, before the summer holidays. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything back, and I requested that they at least schedule an appointment for after the summer holidays. NO RESPONSE. They're always on my doorstep to accept a job. They have no time, understanding, or solution to offer solutions to a dissatisfied customer. Not recommended!

Bas and Bastiaan's team did a fantastic job with the wall in our living room. An old stove had been there, making the wall a real challenge. But the guys knew exactly what to do. They were not only excellent at their work but also extremely pleasant to work with.
