The service technician is friendly and always does a great job. The only exception is the customer service representative, gosh, she needs to take a course in customer service. She's so antisocial and rude on the phone. You take time off work specifically because they're coming, but out of nowhere, the appointment is rescheduled? You call them and they yell at you from all sides.

I started working with this company a few years ago and haven't regretted it for a second. They installed a new boiler at a competitive price. I scheduled the first maintenance service a few weeks ago. The time was adjusted to my needs. The service technician arrived exactly on time as agreed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. When he realized I was interested and technically savvy, he explained what he was doing and why. I'm very satisfied with Rutten Heating Service.

Two years ago, this company serviced my boiler. However, after another company did the maintenance this week, it turns out they didn't replace the gaskets that should have been replaced earlier! Immediately after the service, I had a serious argument with the "service" engineer.

We've had a maintenance contract with Stookserve Budel for several years now. The service is excellent! Appointments are always kept, and the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The few times we had a problem with the central heating system, it was resolved within a few hours.
