We (22 and 23 years old) were seriously interested in a house that was offered via Stapper Vastgoed. For us, this would be our first home purchase. Funda clearly stated that the delivery would be at the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026, but to our surprise, the purchase contract suddenly contained a fixed delivery date of March 31. This is not only misleading, but can also have major consequences for the financing. Our mortgage advisor rightly indicated that obtaining a mortgage is very difficult if the delivery is more than 9 months in the future. Instead of showing understanding or thinking along, we mainly noticed that pressure was put on us to sign quickly and continue with the sale. As if we were the problem because we dared to be critical. This made us feel unsafe. Fortunately, we are well informed, but you should not think about someone blindly falling for this and later having to pay a 10% fine because the broker cunningly implements different conditions than previously communicated. That you try to do this to young buyers who want to buy a house for the first time says it all to us. We will never come back here again.

We are highly satisfied with Stapper Vastgoed in every respect. The preparation of the sales process, the process itself, and the subsequent settlement proceeded professionally and efficiently. The interactions with the various employees—for us, these were Eldrick and Laura, and Gerard in the background—were pleasant and instilled complete confidence. Attention was also paid to the personal aspects of the sale. Our trust in Stapper Vastgoed has not been misplaced. There is no need to doubt their expertise and commitment.

This is the third time we've used Stapper's services, and each time we've left feeling incredibly satisfied. They've provided support twice during the home purchase process, including guidance throughout the entire mortgage process. Expert advice, excellent guidance, quick responses, and always friendly. Highly recommended!

We also bought our third house with the help of Stapper (Marijn) and sold others. He's incredibly good, personal, and always keeps his promises (which apparently doesn't always happen) and is a great resource.

I'd like to share our experience. My partner and I were recently misled by this real estate agent. After seeing one of the properties listed by the agent, we became enthusiastic and contacted them. The entire process began quite quickly, and after the offer was accepted, we immediately set in motion everything to finalize the purchase. This house required renovations, so we naturally needed a building inspection. Unfortunately, the report was disappointing, and the conclusion was that the necessary repairs would be significantly higher than initially estimated. Logically, we tried to make a new offer and negotiate. The agent in question didn't agree, and we asked them to present the above to the sellers, taking the inspection report's outcome into account. We emphasized that we were only withdrawing our initial offer based on the report's outcome, but we were still very interested. This would be discussed with the sellers, and the agent even asked us to send the building inspection report so they could have more insight. We sent the report in good faith, and we also assumed we would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we received no response from the real estate agent, and complete radio silence followed. After contacting them several times, we were told the property had been sold! Legally, this might be possible, but it shouldn't be the way to communicate with each other. If there had been other interested parties, this could have been mentioned. Moreover, the real estate agent should have given all interested parties the opportunity to submit a final offer. We also discussed the above with the relevant contact person and the person ultimately responsible (the real estate agent) and expressed our dissatisfaction with the communication. However, they found this complaint unfounded and didn't acknowledge the communication problem. Absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever. A real shame. We understand that it can be legally substantiated, but morally, we feel they're completely off the mark. Transparency and expectation management are not high priorities for this real estate agent. In short: we found the service and communication from this real estate agent to be very disappointing and lacking in transparency.
