We had a great experience with Staete who represented us on purchase of our new home, we worked with François van Bemmel (inspection) and Ramon Altenburg-Collin (negotiation) they were both very professional and very knowledgable of the area of Waalwijk, and most importantly, saved us a substantial amount of money on the negotiation. It made the process of buying the house so much more easy and stress-free, it was worth every penny.

Our experience with Staete Makelaars Waalwijk, and specifically with François van Bemmel, was disappointing and has severely damaged our trust in their working methods. From January 21, 2025, we were in negotiations regarding a property and accepted the seller's counter-offer. After that, there was silence from the real estate agent. Without clear communication, the property was ultimately sold to another buyer for the same amount, while we thought the deal was finalized. Additionally, communication was slow and unclear. François was difficult to reach, and even after accepting the counter-offer, we received no clarity. This gave us the feeling that the process was not transparent and that we were sidelined. We absolutely do not recommend Staete Makelaars Waalwijk. Reliability and open communication are crucial when buying or selling a home, and unfortunately, we have found that Staete Makelaars falls short in this regard.
