A while ago, we put our house up for sale and hired Staete. They took photos (for which you pay, of course), and then created a beautiful layout with a scoop, which we were told would generate a lot of responses. Unfortunately, there were few responses or viewers afterward, and as clients, we had to chase this real estate agent down, calling people. We, as clients, had to request a meeting because, after months of nothing happening, we'd had enough. After a meeting, we decided to stop using Staete, and we received a bill for all the work they'd done for us. Two appointments and an open house for about €1,000, because, well, that's what the contract said. Our new real estate agent told us that, even though it was in the contract, this was an outrageous amount, and that they don't always charge the full price. This agent told us to call them anyway. We did, but Staete was adamant. All the work they did (two appointments, an hour-long open house, and listing the property on Funda) must have cost a thousand euros. It's sad, so I definitely don't recommend this real estate agent. Unfortunately, I found and heard other feedback too late, so I hope my review reaches others in time. Incidentally, Funda only accepts reviews after your house has been sold to your complete satisfaction, so they're always positive, so they referred me to Google.

Roel van Delft helped us sell a house in a very friendly and professional manner, according to a satisfied customer :) 😀 Roel acts extra quickly upon request and doesn't work a 9-to-5 schedule. During the sale process, we were assisted by other colleagues. Although not everything went smoothly, we are still satisfied.
