Our new home was listed with Staal Makelaars, a remarkable story involving several owners. Staal handled this wonderfully for us as buyers. There were a few issues on the closing day, but Hanneke and Nicole provided excellent support right up to the signing! Thanks for that!

We're potential buyers of a property. However, we haven't received any feedback whatsoever regarding our price offer or questions. We've already emailed this office three times and called twice. We'll now speak directly with the seller. Imagine having your house/property up for sale...

The sale of our house was a long process, but Jan Staal and Hanneke Langerwerf provided us with excellent support and advice throughout. There were external factors that caused delays, but they took decisive action and kept us informed of the progress. Especially towards the end, they ensured that the planned closing date could be met.

An excellent real estate agent. Nicole Suijkerbuik is very knowledgeable, communicates well with both us and the prospective buyers, is 100% committed to selling the house, and honors her agreements perfectly. The rest of the team was equally dedicated. They were also present at the final inspection (at 8:00 AM!) and the transfer of ownership at the notary. The house brochure was well-presented, and the photos were beautiful and realistic. In short: it's expensive, but you get everything you expect.

I expressed interest and submitted several questions to the real estate agent (Corné). A month later, still no response. I've contacted them multiple times by phone and email, and it seems like they don't want to sell. Simply awful. New-build homes in Sprang-Capelle went from €289,000 to €325,000 in a very short time. When you ask about this, they claim the other homes were smaller or had less land. This isn't the case at all. This real estate agent has strange practices. He knows little about his own product, has poor service, lacks communication, and lies about the prices.
