Not only did she negotiate a good purchase price, she also guided me well through the entire process, which unfortunately proved to be a bit more complicated than usual with this property. She is personable, sharp, and professional when necessary. I needed an appraisal on short notice. I was given the phone number of another appraiser because they were fully booked. She suggested that if I really couldn't find anyone, she would go to the house in question that same day to appraise it and then write the report after her vacation. She was leaving for her vacation destination that afternoon. What a service!! Thank you 😃
