Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The contractor proved unable to communicate effectively with the residents of three complexes. There was absolutely no communication, and the work wasn't carried out as specified in the specifications. The total contract cost approximately €1 million, but there were many discussions about every detail, and money was more important than service and delivering good work. Advice: if you want good quality and communication with residents is important, choose a different contractor. Do you want to litigate and accept shoddy work? Choose this contractor...
