SOS Snelservice “fixed” our neighbour’s sewer pipe… eventually. The job took several months, with numerous "inspections", walls opened, asbestos removed, pipes replaced, and tiles re-laid. Along the way, they managed to damage my bathroom doorpost and chest of drawers. Two months of weekly chasing later, still no solution, just “we’re really busy right now.” They seem to thrive on emergency jobs and desperate home owners. If you actually want a plumber who actually values your home and your custom, look elsewhere.

Thomas helped us to investigate a gas leak. He thoroughly inspected all of the pipes and the system, correctly identifying the stovetop as the source of the problem. He measured the leak and disconnected the stove to ensure we were safe, taking the time to check everything thoroughly.

TLDR: Super rude service ever. Do not ever use them. They do not fix the problem. Charged 121eur to basically make your bathroom dirty. UPDATE: increased my initial rating from 1 to 3 stars. Customer service did a great job, after my complaint about my first upsetting experience, they sent another plumber who was way more respectful and competent at his job. Review 1st plumber (1 star): The plumber came as per my landlord's request, made a dirty mess all over the bathroom with his dirty shoes. Checked the shower, and started whistling, and continued to make noises like "Wesp! yuu!" and apparently he was calling me!!I have lived in the Netherlands for many years I have never had anyone whistled to call me. (Mind you, all these noises he made to call me were loud, harsh and not in any case friendly). Did not even check the toilet which is also not flushing well. Told me there was no problem with the shower and HE somehow got annoyed because of that? I've had friends and catsitters staying over and using the shower, there is a problem with the shower drain. I also clean it every week to make sure the problem doesn't become so bad that water starts leaking to the apartment downstairs (which happened in the past and we fixed it once before, and the plumber back then confirmed there was a problem in the pipe). At some point I thought maybe if I speak Dutch it will help, so I tried explaining to him in Dutch what the problem is, cut me off within seconds. I called my landlord, to explain the situation to the plumber in Dutch, and that did not help. I have made 2 google reviews before this, both were good reviews. In general even if I get bad service, I don't bother making a review, but this was so rude that I had to give them a feedback. Review plumber 2 (4 star): - Much more respectful and took his time to really check the issue. He did his job quickly, but was quite thorough, answered all my questions and explained to me how to prevent the problem for next time.

I had an appointment to fix a leakage in my ceiling. I got an appointment next day itself. And these people are very professional. A technician called Remco De Gram came to my home on time and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He checked for all the possible reasons for the leakage and finally figured it out. He explained what the problem is and how he’s gonna fix it. Later started the fix on the same day itself. He never rushed himself to finish doing some dirty work and run away. Instead, He carefully fixed the problem and left my home after my complete satisfaction. He also collaborated well with their colleagues over phone while fixing the issue. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks!
