Highly recommended – it couldn't be better! We first contacted SOONS about six to seven months ago – and have had nothing but positive experiences ever since. It all started very simply via email: I sent pictures, we described our requirements, and then we received a very precise and fair quote for our new scissor-arm awning. We run a confectionery and bakery in Waltrop near Dortmund, so quality and service were especially important to us. After a visit to SOONS' production facility, which we requested, it was clear: This was the right partner. Everything seemed high-quality, well-designed, and professional – so we sealed the deal right there and then and placed the order. Now – about three months after installation – we can only say: The awning is fantastic! Sturdy, elegant, and impeccably crafted – even in strong winds and rain, it remains completely stable and secure. Our guests enjoy the additional, sheltered outdoor space – and all without a building permit! SOONS impressed us with excellent service, superb craftsmanship, and a top-notch product. We can only say: "Highly recommended!" Thanks to the whole team – we wholeheartedly recommend you!

Extremely disappointing quality Although we're not customers of this company ourselves, our neighbors recently had a porch installed. What we've seen daily since then is absolutely scandalous. Poorly finished work, crooked lines, and a clear lack of craftsmanship. It's frustrating to constantly be faced with such poor results. We would absolutely not recommend this company. Worthless.
