Unfortunately, it's difficult to make appointments with this company. Appointments are often missed, partially missed, poorly kept, and/or I had to wait and call back several times. The glass installation process was also very messy. The first time, they didn't arrive with the full number of windows. A new appointment had to be made. Then, they arrived considerably later than the appointment and didn't have the correct materials with them. So, I waited an hour and a half in vain. I was promised that the relevant employee would call me that morning, or someone from the office. That didn't happen, so I called myself. I told them I couldn't be reached by phone and gave them the phone number of a family member. They called and agreed to call when they got to the address. Then, the family member received a call. The employee was on-site, but no one was home. That's correct, because they had promised to call first. Then, the last window was installed, but the mess wasn't cleaned up properly.

The windows were installed quickly and neatly. Afterwards, it turned out there was a small problem, but they came by quickly to fix it. Great!
