I had a new heat pump installed by Solute. The system was incorrectly installed by the company. The pipes were simply pushed into corners, there was a lot of mess, the room thermostat was stolen by the employees, and there was a constant problem with air in the system, simply due to incompetence. The unit is constantly malfunctioning. Aftersales and service are non-existent here. The owner of the company should be deeply ashamed of the work done. I also had several meter boxes installed by this company. The wiring was so exposed that another company had to fix it to ensure fire safety. This company is unprofessional and certainly unreliable. Do not do business with them. I expect this company will not be around for long.

After a month, still no quote for air conditioning (the request fell through the cracks or something). Then, the meter box was found to be unsuitable. They didn't even check, but they saw it in a photo. Adjustments had to be made, but a different air conditioning technician (from a different company) installed it perfectly. The company leaves you with the impression on the phone that others don't do their job properly. So, forget this company!

I had both solar panels and a hybrid heat pump installed. I received good advice, and the price-quality ratio appealed to me. There were a few teething problems after installation. However, the company is top-notch in aftersales. They don't leave you hanging and continue to work until everything is sorted out. I would definitely return.
