We wanted a dormer window on our new-build house, but the solar panels first had to be removed and then reinstalled. The communication was very pleasant and easy. Mustafa clearly knows his stuff and was able to give us good advice. The panels were removed soon after we received the keys. Once the dormer window was installed, Mustafa quickly came by to draw up an installation plan, which I received immediately by email. Just a week later, the solar panels looked even better on the roof than before. And they were beautifully shiny! They were even cleaned. Everything for a great price that we agreed upon in advance. All in all, definitely recommended!

A company with real expertise. We had a SolarEdge converter displaying an error message; our installer had gone bankrupt. We called Solar Service Plan. They came quickly to visualize the error. This was a genuine problem, and SolarEdge was contacted immediately to replace the converter. SolarEdge Service Plan also became the new intermediary between the customer and SolarEdge, and this was arranged directly with SolarEdge. The converter was replaced professionally and efficiently under warranty. As agreed, we, the customer, paid a one-time call-out fee. The converter was replaced free of charge. I highly recommend SolarEdge Service Plan.

After receiving the keys to our new house, our solar panels had to be removed to accommodate the dormer window. After the dormer window was installed, the panels had to be reinstalled in a different configuration. From start to finish, I was very pleased with the customer-friendly service, professionalism, and flexibility. Unfortunately, when they were reinstalling the panels, they turned out to have the wrong tools to finish the job. Mustafa called me and offered to come over that same weekend to finish the job. The guys who handled the disassembly are hardworking and knowledgeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They're truly top-notch!
