From start to finish, the support was fantastic. I had many installers visit me before deciding which panels I wanted. I carefully researched my needs beforehand and quickly concluded that I wanted glass-to-glass panels. Then I started figuring out which ones. I eventually found SOLARWATT through their website, requested information, and through them, I found Solar Harderwijk, the installer for my region. Guido Bouw contacted me and arrived promptly with detailed information, including how the panels should be transported and his journey to the manufacturer. He also asked about my requirements. After a pleasant and informative conversation, I quickly received a quote that perfectly matched my needs (this included solar panels and future-proofing the fuse box (more circuits, preparing it for 3-phase power, and installing the cooking circuit and a separate circuit with cable to the attic). All of this was easy and could be completed on short notice. They were supposed to come the Friday after the agreement, but this was cancelled due to snow and icy conditions. Fortunately, they were able to arrive the following week. The panels were professionally installed on the roof and connected by the courteous installers, exactly as requested, with all cables routed indoors through the soffit instead of outdoors. We were introduced to SOLAR Harderwijk by an acquaintance who already had SOLAR Harderwijk panels and was very satisfied. After a friendly and efficient quote consultation, we decided to have 18 panels installed. Due to delivery issues related to COVID, we had to wait a little longer for installation. The installation went exactly on schedule and was carried out professionally and neatly by friendly staff. The panels are installed beautifully and securely. I had 14 solar panels installed a year ago. Over time, I discovered irregularities in the system. The cause ultimately turned out to be in the panels. All my panels were replaced with new ones without any problems. Because the original panels were no longer available, I received a newer type with a higher yield. So, I'm very satisfied with Solar Harderwijk (the supplier) and Solarwatt (the manufacturer).
