The team did a great job. Installed a heat pomp and 12 Solar panels in just one day. The solution provided is SMART and futureproof ( you can integrate different battery solutions or devices to control and manage the equipment).

Only give 1 star because I cant give 0. Paid my deposit around 7 weeks ago. Up until now still no installation date despite being promised installation would be between 6-8 weeks. I get no response to my emails and contact via telephone also not the best. Beginning to regret starting with company. Update. The installers turned up one day (late) and then told me the legplan what I have agreed to was not possible/too much work. On the spot I needed to agree to a new plan with less panels in an inefficient setup. They pulled up stones in my driveway to lay a cable and never put them back properly (covered it with sand and hoped I would not see it). The panels are still not connected (over 4 weeks later). I have emailed and phoned multiple times without any sort of response from them. Joke of a company, don't bother.

This company promises a lot but delivers NOTHING. After repeatedly reporting that the heat pump they supplied and installed wasn't performing as expected (both in spring and autumn), they took a long time to install it, and later they messed everything up so badly that even the central heating couldn't heat the house. Furthermore, the heat pump was installed cold without vibration dampers on the supports, transmitting the vibrations to the house. The last time a technician visited me and discussed the problem with the heat pump manufacturer, they didn't understand a word of the manufacturer's helpline advice. My advice is: don't buy ANYTHING and don't let them tinker with your central heating.
