He didn't keep his promises. The top of our house had been grouted differently, and we wanted it the same way. We indicated this. We agreed on a date and price. Before it was even finished, they came to collect the money. When they left and the scaffolding for the back door was gone, we noticed that several grout joints had been forgotten and that it wasn't the same grout as the bottom section. We called and he said he would come fix it. He didn't. Then he said he couldn't do a tap joint. They used to do that, but they don't anymore. We said, "If you had told us beforehand, we would have had a choice." This grout isn't even close. The result? The forgotten joints haven't been grouted, and Julian isn't offering a solution because he thinks he did a professional job. Julian should focus on quality and service instead of making a quick buck.
