Very bad experience. The inspector says the new label will be worse, but ultimately the label will stay the same. Kro Pointer also shows that Invent Beilen is incorrectly labeling an "A" label that should be an "F" label. They don't respond to a return call request. Watch the episode on February 8th: Kro Pointer energy label. Next month, the Rent Assessment Committee will inspect our state. Don't do business with them!

The customer service is incredibly rude. You call politely with a question, and someone answers who doesn't seem interested. You stay polite, and they hang up on you while thanking you. Hopefully, the service will be better this afternoon... I'll adjust my review accordingly. But they really need to work on that customer service.

I've had several bad experiences. Once, I had two energy indexes drawn up that were riddled with crucial errors. This came to light after two independent investigations, for which Invent still refuses to accept responsibility. Then, for over a year, I've been strung along by their so-called complaints procedure. I'd like a solution/compensation for this poor performance; otherwise, this review will remain.
