The mortgage advisor is very arrogant and uninformed! He doesn't work for the client, but probably for his own commission! He doesn't know the rules of the products he sells! I don't feel taken seriously as a loyal customer!

If they removed the ATM, you need a large amount. You can drive 5 km to another branch to get your own money. SNS bank service is deteriorating significantly.

Absolute arrogance. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances. The employees are rude; instead of trying to solve the problem, they only know one word: "no" and "nope."
