What a company! You can't even make an appointment. The phone number doesn't work. I get transferred to ASN The Hague. How can I be customer-friendly? What am I dealing with people from The Hague? I think I've been with this bank too long. Actually, nothing more than zero (0) stars.

Very difficult to reach. You can't call a local office, but you get a national contact number. It takes ages to get through to someone. They don't return calls unless you call them again.

Drove an hour for nothing for the ID check. Valid passport, but the app wouldn't scan. "Too bad for you."

“First the person, then the money” ?? Recently, a family member stopped by, where an SNS employee came over in a condescending tone to tell us that nothing was possible and nothing could be done. If something isn't possible, that's one thing, but primarily the tone from SNS towards a customer was simply ridiculous and rude, to put it mildly.
