My partner and I have had excellent experiences with SNS Bank for years. Our phone and in-person visits to this bank have been very positive, and they're always willing to help us and find solutions. SNS Bank is a very positive experience for both of us. My partner and I have had bad experiences with other banks.

I've been a customer for three months now, and initially felt good, but that changed completely after three months. Initially, I received poor service with a somewhat larger payment to reserve the money, and later, with the same issue, I received very unfriendly service again. The person on duty immediately said it would cost me 15 euros to pay this invoice. Coincidentally, the week before, I had used the same method to pay an invoice at Rabobank that didn't cost 15 euros. When I confronted him about it, he immediately said, "Go to Rabobank then!" What a grumpy guy behind the counter. Now, I know it's not easy to manage your own money these days due to all sorts of complicated fraud schemes, but I find this kind of customer treatment downright rude. I won't be switching banks for long. I really feel like: money first, people second! In short, the slogan completely contradicts my personal experience with this bank in Roden. I also had a bit of an incident in the past when my debit card was swallowed by the ATM hanging on the wall outside when it suddenly malfunctioned. The woman behind the counter immediately accused me of theft. As an honest person, I didn't want to be treated like that, so I went to the police station, saying I didn't want to be treated like that for something that wasn't my fault. The officer on duty immediately accompanied me, and they reviewed the camera footage. It turned out there was indeed a malfunction. When I went inside to report it, a thief stole my money after the ATM had restarted. I did eventually receive a large bouquet of flowers and an apology. But after my recent experience, it's become clear that SNS isn't customer-friendly enough, and the advantage of a regional office, in my opinion, no longer adds any value.

I find an existing client, just one year old, asking €2200 for a one-year subscription to be included in the registration process questionable, to say the least. In the consulting world, a 40% cut is the most common. The initial introduction a year ago was fine, but I find continuing to offer existing clients a follow-up shameful. I'm switching to a non-SNS broker.
