I had a technician come and take a look at my CV-ketel on 17 Sep. During the viewing, he advised me that 2 of the parts had to be replaced since the boiler was slowly loosing pressure. He had one of the parts in his car but not the other. He left saying he will order the other part and then come back to fix and do the service in a week. I heard nothing back. I called numerous times and every time I was told, the technician was out and he will get back to me the next day or week. This never happened. Ultimately, I spoke to them again and now they say, they can't service the boiler since it's from 2007 and I should replace it completely for €2700. I can understand that they might not want to service a boiler from 2007, but taking a month to change their mind after already seeing it. They obviously just forgot to order the parts. Not good business.

Due to mold and water problems under and between the floor and walls, I was forced to have my bathroom renovated. It proved difficult to find an installer on short notice, as many companies were fully booked. Nevertheless, Snijder Installations in Heerhugowaard was able to help us quickly and efficiently. From work preparation to execution and completion, I am more than satisfied with the entire process. The communication was excellent: they are easily accessible, proactive, and always provide opportunities for discussion. What I also found truly remarkable was that one installer even returned twice after working hours to finish everything neatly. I failed to show up twice. The first appointment was between 9:00 and 12:00, as per the specified time slot. At 12:15, I called for a new ETA. "The engineer must be busy installing a boiler and will probably be there soon." The engineer didn't show up all day. When I called the next day for a new appointment, they said the engineer would arrive on Saturday between 9:00 and 11:00. Again, I didn't see them all day. I just called them again, but they didn't reply, and I was put on hold. Then they hung up. So, I've been home for days and still no central heating maintenance...
