From my first conversation with Esther to Henry's final "enjoy your new kitchen!", I received excellent service. They brainstormed, offered new ideas, and made suggestions. Everything to help me. The plumbers, electricians, plasterers, and kitchen fitters were all friendly and professional. I have absolutely no complaints about Smits Keukens.

At the beginning of this year, we ordered a new kitchen from Smits Keukens Uitgeest. Demolition began even before the entire kitchen was in stock. We found that strange. However, the installation of the kitchen—insofar as it was available—went smoothly. We had to wait a while for the various individual parts. The most annoying part was that someone had to come repeatedly to install a small component. The electrician was supposed to finish something and install another socket. He never returned for that, so we ended up doing it ourselves. All in all, it took over 3 months for everything to be finished, while Smits had spoken of 2 to 3 weeks. We are satisfied with the kitchen, but not with the service from Smits Keukens.

I received excellent service and helpful advice when choosing my kitchen. Absolutely no pressure to buy. After placing my order, I made a few minor adjustments. The demolition and installation went smoothly; there was good coordination with the demolition contractor, electrician, plasterer, and the installer themselves. Absolutely fantastic! The work was done very efficiently. The kitchen is exactly how I wanted it; I'm very happy with it!

The kitchen was installed properly. After six years, one of the hinges on the kitchen door broke. I sent all the information to Smits Kitchens in Uitgeest—photos, purchase papers, and invoices—but received little response. After several emails and a six-month wait, I finally decided to look for a new hinge myself and ordered it online for €3.95. Perhaps this was too cheap to even consider. This isn't exactly good service. Such a shame.
