Very satisfied. We started using our new kitchen in September 2019. I received excellent advice from the salesperson, and the installation went smoothly, with friendly staff. I wasn't satisfied with the Pelgrim appliances; the dishwasher and cooktop immediately started malfunctioning and malfunctioning. Smits resolved the issue quickly and efficiently for us. I would definitely go to Smits again for my next kitchen, but not Pelgrim this time.

Fantastic!!! In July 2017, I chose a new kitchen and was very well supported by the staff at Smits Kitchens! They provided expert advice and offered several options, taking into account my wishes and budget. I had a good feeling, which continued even after signing the purchase agreement. The delivery and installation of the kitchen were carried out professionally (with a passion for the craft). Smits Kitchens has already proven that they also attach importance to the process after delivery/installation. The title of best kitchen store in North Holland is definitely deserved. Highly recommended! Top-notch top-notch!!!

It started off well. We had a positive initial conversation and felt Smits Keukens was thinking along with us. Unfortunately, the installation and subsequent period were very unpleasant. The sales representative wasn't helpful, and we didn't feel heard or taken seriously. After this review, we contacted the owner. He took us very seriously and resolved all our issues to our complete satisfaction. We greatly appreciated his responsiveness. We can now conclude the kitchen project with a positive feeling.
