We also found J.S. Smit to be a very professional company; communication before, during, and after the repair was excellent. I asked if they would take photos, and that was no problem. I received them that same evening via WhatsApp (always nice to share with the homeowners' association). Photos were also sent afterwards without asking to keep us updated on the progress, which was fantastic. During the work, there was good communication about when they would and wouldn't come (sometimes it got too hot to work or walk on the roof), and they were always ready to answer all my questions. I've added some photos of the work, and they clearly demonstrate how good this company is. As the point of contact for the homeowners' association, I will tell our property manager to keep J.S. Smit in contact for our properties, and yes, I recommend this company to everyone. Mr. Smit and his team, thank you again for everything.
