I had a viewing with this real estate agent. The man acted very disinterested, didn't take me seriously, and couldn't answer any questions. I contacted the company with my questions, and they said they'd get back to me, but after two weeks, I never heard anything back. Very unprofessional!

A very bad experience with Smeets Vastgoed, and especially with real estate agent Ad. Our offer on a house had been accepted, and we had already received the purchase contract. However, there was an error in the contract, which Ad had to correct himself. While we were patiently waiting for the corrected version and the structural survey was already scheduled, we suddenly received a call that the house had been sold to another party. Due to his error, we couldn't sign, even though everything else was finalized. We feel Ad acted negligently and carelessly, and wasn't transparent in his communication. As a result, we lost our chance to buy this house and feel unfairly treated. A very disappointing experience. We would absolutely not recommend Smeets Vastgoed (or Ad). Keep your hands off them to avoid disappointment. That's not how you treat people.
