My callback request took days. I submitted a complaint about the error code displayed by the air conditioning. I understand that the summer months have a long waiting list for an appointment. I didn't receive any confirmation of the appointment. I asked a day in advance what time I could expect the technician. They strive to meet this time. But then they send an unqualified technician who isn't allowed to handle the complaint because he's still a trainee, which is incredibly disappointing! After all, the complaint and the error code for the repair were already known. Now I have to wait for a qualified technician until after the holidays. :-(

I've been a regular customer of their sister company, Gasservice, for years and would now like to have a heat pump installed by them. However, I had to wait more than six months for an appointment, and I have no confidence that anything will happen after that.

Someone came to take inventory, but after that, I couldn't get in touch with them again. This company seems perfectly happy to do without the customer.
