First, their strengths: if you have a question about a product, they respond very quickly via WhatsApp. They offer batteries at a very reasonable price and ship quickly. Then, one point that still needs a lot of work: if you buy a battery with a problem, they refer you to the manufacturer, which in my case was Marstek. Marstek had sent me 10 firmware upgrades and downgrades, but after three months, the battery still wasn't working properly. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response from Smart Charged either, and emails went unanswered. Only after I wrote a review on Trustpilot detailing my negative experience did I receive a response. They said they would pick up the battery and refund my money, but I had to remove the review first. I've read on forums that some people only received help after removing their negative review from Trustpilot. This can't be right. It's not hard to have only satisfied customers on review sites.

After an order in early October, Smart-Charged installed three Zendure AC 2400 home battery towers with a total of approximately 30 kWh batteries, complete with a Zendure P1 meter. Smart-Charged checked my system to ensure that each inverter was connected to a separate circuit. I wanted to discharge a maximum of 7200 watts because I want to trade during both high- and low-cost hours through a dynamic energy contract with Zonneplan. In the summer, I hope to sell my surplus solar power back to the grid during high-cost hours. Within a week, Smart-Charged arranged for the discharge from 3000 watts to 7200 watts. On their website, you'll find a link to reclaim the VAT from the central office. I've already initiated this process. So, ultimately, I have no worries and am now trading at the maximum capacity according to Zendure's Base Load mode through the dynamic contract with Zonneplan.

I bought the Marstek Venus 3 from smart-charged. It was the cheapest I've seen. Fast delivery (even in the evenings by our own delivery driver) with no shipping costs. Brian and Daan provided very friendly and customer-focused service! Great guys!
